Not sure what to say?

I was a sophomore advisor on Steve's freshman floor at SMU. A great spirited fellow I recall these many years later: "Have a mediocre day, I want mine to look good!" Shalom.

My dear friend for so many years. You will be missed by many and especially me. Thank you for caring, thank you for being there. Rest in peace.

Stephen, you were a true light in this world. Thank you. You will be deeply missed.

A beautiful person gone to rest

Dr. Zimmerman, I will miss visiting your office and having our talks and laughs. We loved you but God loved you more. Rest

To the family may God be with you in this time of grief.

Stephen, I looked forward to visiting your office and seeing your smile. Any time we lose someone who is kind and gentle the loss is magnified by the fact that there are so few of you. Godspeed, good friend.

Such a great guy!! We talked magic, collectables, politics, and lots of stuff only we seemed to enjoy. Gonna miss our get-to-gethers. I bet he knows more about Magic now. He always listened and seemed truly amazed and asked questions that I could not answer. My last visit he gave me a silver bullet! I was looking forward to him visiting me at my upcoming gun show later in January. See you in Heaven!

We had a great relationship that lasted over 20 years. You were one of the best people I have ever known and I will certainly miss your smiling face, warm hugs and hearty laugh!

I will miss your infectious smile and the many laughs we shared through the years. You were a true friend and you won't be forgotten. Rest in peace Mon Amie.

Dr. Zimmerman you will be missed. Love Anita Morgan
