Not sure what to say?

Still have the flirting with disaster album he didn't want to sign for me. We're friends bud. Whatta you need my autograph for? Many partys and jams downstairs in his house in brant rock, Massachusetts. Great memories, great great guitar player. Steve, wherever you are, I hope It's anti Yankee day!

He was one of the Greats as far as a Southern Rock guitar players.

I met Steve at Marquette University 11/1978. He and another band member needed a place to shower before the show and my roommate, who was helping move their equipment invited back to our dorm to shower.
Steve was a cool guy and gave me a free ticket for the Molly Hatchett and Outlaw show that night.
It was really great to see 2 excellent Southern Rock Bands in their prime all thanks to Steve's kind gesture.

So many memories... I wish you peace. Joy

I met him in the 80's. My Husband was handling some legal issues for him. We became very good friends in our love for music and the guitar. I will never forget him signing my album and asking me to sit on the deck of our family boat to sing. People walking up with chairs and sitting on the dock and listening to us. I knew his mother. She lived not far from my family. I really enjoyed the time we all had together and he helped me with my music and it encouraged me to become better and even to...

Still miss you Steve. You had a heart of gold. See you on the other side.

Man your were and always will be one of the GREATEST GUITARIST that has ever walked on this planet..GOD BLESS YOU BROTHER

I still have the radio ad he did for me. Hey, this is Steve Holland of Molly Hatchet, and if you feel like you're Flirtin' With Disaster on every trip to your haircutter you're in luck Louisville cause now you've got Shear Wizardry. We trust our hair to them and you can too! Miss You Old Friend.

To Stevie J's family please accept my deepest sympathy, he was a brilliant and dedicated man. We met on the beach at St. Simons Island, through a mutual friend, where he lived for a while after the band's breakup. He was proud of his flying V axe originally owned by Johnny Winter, and he was exceptional in the kitchen, only disclosing his secret salad dressing recipe after receiving rave reviews. Steve was very complimentary of any sincere effort and always had a great attitude, he shared...
