I didn't spend as much time with Grandpa Jazwiec as some of my other cousins did when they were younger. I love my grandfather very much. As hard as it it to let go of his presence on Earth, I can rest assured that he has a new home in heaven. I think the world of my Grandpa. He was genuinely interested in what I had to say and what was going on in my life. I am truly greatful that during his life with cancer he was able to make the trip to Michigan for my wedding day.

My grandpa may not have been the best at showing outward love but you knew that he loved you by his actions. It wasn't until my 20s that I feel I really began a relationship with him. But the love was there. My grandpa had a knack for conversation. To me, he was very inquisitive. My favorite times with him are playing Yahtzee and poker.

Grandpa was sick for so long. I am glad he no longer has to suffer. Rest in peace, grandpa. We love you.
