Not sure what to say?

I knew Steve from Eastminster Pres. He was a faithful and encouraging brother in the Lord. During his challenges with his heart condition (and the occasional Tennessee Vols football loss), I never once heard him complain. He was a role model for the word "steadfast." Now he rests in peace and my memories of him encourage me still.

Steve was a genuinely good guy. I first met him at Weatherstone tennis, where he was consistently friendly and in good spirits. He always had a good time, no matter what. We enjoyed having Steve as our neighbor for the last few years especially as we hunkered down during the pandemic, sharing stories, and having a laugh during uncertain times. He had a great sense of humor and was always kind and respectful toward others. Steve had a realistic view of life and took its challenges in stride with grace and gratitude, He will be sorely missed. Rest well, my friend. Keith Peters & Michael Fleming
