We are so saddened at the news of Steve's passing. For several years our family sat directly behind yours at St Joe's and we remember what a beautiful singing voice he had. We also recall his warm personality and smile.
Our sincere condolences to the entire DeLisle family.

I have a lot of fond memories of Steve and his sisters from when we were growing up on W Wayne St. all those years ago. What a fantastic childhood I had with the DeLisles in my neighborhood! Losing Steve is a huge loss. The world was a much better place with him in it!

My thoughts and prayers are with your family, I remember Steve and his sisters growing up as they lived on one corner and we were down on the other corner. My girls , Kim, Terri, Laurie and son Mark are remembering good times, when he first became Deacon he brought me communion and we would talk about the good days until he had to be back to his job. , I was so sorry to hear this. God be with you and your family Prayers. Pat Foote

Steve, thank you for being the calm, capable, guiding leader that you always were. But mostly, just for being a friend.
To Steve's family: thank you for sharing him with us.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have known Steve and to have complimented his sense of humor by making him smile and laugh each time I stopped by his office. Steve was not only a friend, he was a mentor and we both positively influenced each other while working together. I will miss Steve greatly and I know that part of him will always live on in me.
