I served in the Air Force and Air Force Reserve for 46 1/2 years (including Civil Service). I served many commanders, but the best one in my opinion, was Steve Fulaytar. He always put "Doing the right thing" above all, and he knew how to deal with people, regardless if it was to hold people accountable for their actions or to give proper recognition to those who went above and beyond in the performance of their duties.
