I'm sorry to hear of Steve's passing. My condolences to family and friends. I was one of Steve's deputies in Tioga County in the mid-80's and enjoyed our time together. He was my first contact with the PGC to becoming a WCO and I retired as a WCO in 2015. Steve had a good sense of humor which was important while working together. I remember walking miles out of SGL after getting stuck in the ice/snow only to find out later he hadn't locked in the 4 wheel drive which quickly got us out...
