Not sure what to say?

Jen and family,

I was just informed of Steve's passing. I am so sorry to be so late in sharing your grief with you. Steve was always a friend, always had a smile on his face, always willing to give the extra effort and always gave 100 percent to the cause! From his early days with the Hidden Valley Ski Patrol and to his help with the St. Louis County HMERT/WMD, Steve was always there for others! He always gave back to the community and that will be sorely missed. Rest in...

Jen & family,

I am so sorry for this. He was a good person. Always made everyone laugh. I'll never forget the good times at the land. Love, Kathy V.

To Jen, and the Grimes family; I am deeply Sorry for the loss of Steve. He was a one-of-a-kind Individual. Steve and I went to Winter Emergency care school to work towards being on Hidden Valley's Ski Patrol. There were many laughs, and memories of his Outgoing personality. I will keep everyone in my Prayers. Brian Pfeifer, Creve Coeur F.P.D.

To the Grimes family,
I am so very sorry about your loss. Many years ago I was part of a group of people that spent alot of weekends at Steve's cabin. Every single outing was entertaining and special. Those are memories that I will never forget and I thank Steve for providing those for me. I am sorry for pain he must have gone through but hopefully it will bring you all a little comfort knowing he will now be a special angel watching over everyone who was ever blessed to know him.

It was just last 4th of July we were all watching fireworks from the 12th floor of the Siteman Center. What a battle Steve ought! We are friends with the Bowlers from Springfield. May God give you strength at this time. Rest in peace Steve, we can see how dearly you are lived.

The Grimes Family,
Steve and I went to school for many many years. I just wanted you to know that i am so saddened by the news of his passing. He was fun to be around in school, everyone laughed at his humorous ways. May you rest in peace Steve.

Our deepest condolences to you and to your whole family. Steve will be missed so very much.

Steve was a great friend to my son Rich Kleimann and his best friend, John Haines. My condolences to his family. I know he will be missed by all who knew him.
