I worked with Steve at Navarro's Hair Performers. Lost touch after I got married and moved to Florida and couple other states. Cheryl and I talked about getting together for lunch with Steve since I've relocated back to Lafayette. So sorry we didn't do it sooner. He will be missed. He was a sweet man.

Awwwww Man! Called today to get a haircut and
Steve didn't call me back immediately like he has for the last 20+ years. And his cell was disconnected. Even went by the shop to see if he was there. Had a bad feeling and checked the obits and there he is. I never check the obits, I just found out today. So sorry and my condolences to Steve's family. Worked with Steve at Navarro's back in the 80's. What a character!!! Always had a smile or a joke for you to help lighten your load. Had the pleasure to talk to him not long ago and am glad to have had that conversation with my old friend. THANKS STEVE... YOU WERE ONE IN A MILLION AND WILL BE MISSED.
