Wow, I am shocked and saddened by the news of Steve's passing. As an IGT colleague, I had the privilege of working with Steve on various Operations improvements over the years and being onsite in TX with him on occasion. I found him to be a stickler for incident followup and following through on resolutions, etc. Nothing was going to escape his attention.
