MCCARTY, STEVEN J. Steven J. McCarty, 68, of Southington, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Donna (Raucci ) McCarty. He was born on March 11, 1947 in Houlton, ME, the son of Virginia Brewster of Plainville and the late James McCarty. Steve was the former owner of McCarty Mechanical Services and was currently employed by PerfectTemp. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children, Steven and wife Robin McCarty of Wingdale, NY, Robert McCarty and partner Cynthia Meade of E. Barre, VT, Deborah McCarty and partner David Clauss of Bristol, and William and wife Shannon McCarty of Tampa, FL Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 9:15 am from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. to St. Aloysius Church, 254 Burritt St. at 10 am for a Mass. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be on Monday from 4-8 pm.
