Steven Pfluger

To the Pfluger family, My husband and I went to school in Millbrook with Steven. We had not seen him in years! We organized our 50th Class Reunion in August and I had the great pleasure to connect with him by phone. He was so very nice and really wanted to join us, but he had a family obligation (his mother-in-law's 90th birthday party) and could not attend, although he was going to try. I am sad that we never all got to see him again, but I am so happy that I was able to talk to him...

Cynthia, I learned of Steve's passing yesterday and wanted to express my sympathies to you and Steve's family. I have long and fond memories of Steve, dating back to high school and beyond. I share in your sadness.

We met Steve and Cindy in Smithville at First Presbyterian Church . They were here to help rebuild after the devastating fires. Steve helped so many while here and Smithville is a better place because of him. We have his family in our prayers.

Cindy, Karen Ruger just forwarded Steve's obit to us today - we had not heard. We are so saddened by the news and would have been at the services had we known. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We had so much fun at the Reunion and enjoyed Steve so very much. We will always remember him with a smile.
