I just learned of Steve's death today after reading a memorial in the latest issue of the Kentucky Bar Journal. Steve was my boss at Kentucky's medical association sponsored malpractice company during the early 1990's. I just learned of Steve's death today, July 8, after the obituary appeared in the Indianapolis Star. What a shock!
I had no idea that Steve was ill and that he was battling cancer. Steve and I were best friends and band mates in high school during the 1960s. The many madcap memories that are flooding my mind right now are a testimony to the good times the two of shared.
