Dearest Jane, Walker, and Noah-
We are heartbroken to receive this sad news about Steve..
Being next-door neighbors for a time in the 80's was such a blessing! Jane, you and Steve were always so kind to us and we never forgot it.
I know you remember that Steve raised homing pigeons and they had a roost shelter in your backyard. I want you to know that the pigeons are still here and I have always thought of Steve whenever I hear them cooing--which is alot!! ...

Dear Sears Family
I worked with Steve as administrative office manager at Sears and Company, Realtors, after his father’s passing, and Gus was friends with Steve at SMU and was persuaded by Steve to move to Greeley, CO. We remember Jane and him starting their family with their sons of which they were so proud. Steve had a way of leaving a lasting impression in our lives. It’s heartbreaking to see our friend pass on. May your warm memories bring you comfort. Hugs to you all.

He was a good boss, who challenged and brought the best out of us, but also a good mate, that made my time at GSRJL just that more memorable and rewarding. I regret not being able to make the trip from Australia to the US to visit Steve in his native...

I always enjoyed my time and interactions with Steve. Wry, witty and welcoming... a true class act. My thoughts are with Jane and the rest of his family as they celebrate the legacy he built. With deepest sympathies,
