I had the pleasure of knowing Steve and Leslie while watching our boys play Meadowdale football. I loved that they were so passionate about their family and also so giving to their community. Steve spent hours on the sidelines shooting pictures of the boys and was so generous in sharing them. He was a huge MHS fan!
To Leslie and your beautiful family, I am so sorry for your loss.
God bless.

I loved Steve so much and I will miss him terribly. He was a larger than life personality who loved Leslie and his family so much. I feel honored to have been friends with him for 34+ years. My prayers are with Leslie and the entire family at this difficult time. You were loved by so many, RIP Steve.

Sending love and wishes for peace to the Spicknall family...I have some wonderful childhood memories of a larger than life and wonderfully supportive father to my friend Jaclyn. Hoping you are able to find comfort in the memories you've shared.

It was always a pleasure shooting and talking football, and about the boys, with Steve on the Meadowdale sidelines. He was a very sweet man. Without pain, I see him laughing and running as a young boy. R.I.P.

I light this candle in memory of you Steve...you were so much to so many. Brother, father, grandfather, husband, uncle, son, cousin and friend; thank you for always giving your love to us all. Thank you for enduring all that you did to be here for us; may peace be yours.
I will cherish and share my many memories of you...you are the favorite "Nona story" that I tell to Jayden, Samantha, Sabrina, Sophia and Summer. My favorite childhood memory is spending the night at you house, across from Dad's shop. I was around 9, you were 21. I remember climbing up and sitting on your bed, watching roller derby on tv and eating cereal for breakfast, Mac and cheese for lunch out of big mixing bowls! My friends at school were so jealous that I had a brother that would do this for me, with me.
Until we meet again, I send you my love...I will miss hearing your voice calling me "Rhon".

Dear Leslie, Steven, Jaclyn, Matt, Aaron, Jeffrey, Jana & Katie - We will always remember Steve for his conversations and humor. We still have the Walter Payton shirt, #34, given to Vic as a gift years ago. Like Walter, Steve was "Sweetness," too.
