Not sure what to say?

Dear Stromquist family and friends,

My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. I was so sorry to hear about Strom's passing--what a phenomenal teacher and overall great person. I was fortunate enough to have Strom for a teacher back in 1994-1995, and he not only taught us about chemistry, but also about life in general. He was a role-model, always led by example, and I almost never saw him in a bad mood. We are all better people for having known him and learned from him. Thanks...

Strom was a fantastic teacher. He made chemistry interesting and understandable to me and many other students, and he did it with humor. I'm a teacher now, and I can say that Strom was one of the (many) HHS teachers who inspired me. He will certainly be missed and remembered by many.

To the Stromquist family,
I was very fortunate to have been one of Steve's students. His knowledge and passion for teaching left an impression on every student that was fortunate enough to have had him. He was the kind of teacher that made the students want to be in school and learn from him. His passing is a great loss to the field of education. He will be greatly missed by all whom have had the pleasure of knowing him.
Sincerely,

I am so very honored to have known Strom on so many different levels, helping put up hay on the family farm, helping vaccinate the sheep, breaking bread after a hard days work with Steve,Sue, John, and Marian, working in the greenhouse rather than go to study hall, having Strom there to help push me along - to always do more, to always do my best, to never accept NO for an answer, to recommending me for the groundskeeper position at Woodward, to letting me in the weight room after work while...

Sue and the Stromguist Family,

Steve will always remain in our mind as a wonderful husband, son, teacher and friend. One of the best people God ever put on this earth. We were the fortunate ones to have called him "friend". We see him sitting besides his maker and they are having conversations on gardening, football, softball, fishing and teaching! All with that fabulous smile on his face that Steve was famous for and shared with us all.
We will miss him here on Earth, but we know...

Sue, my brother, sister and I all were fornuate enough to have Steve for a teacher. He was a great person and will truly be missed.

Sue,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I can remember when you married, stories of your sheep, and stories of Steve and the football he coached. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Stromquist family. Mr.Stromquist was a Great teacher and he will be missed.
