We both know that there really are no words that can express how very sorry I was to hear of your loss. Many times when I would call, you would be out and Steve would answer the phone and we would actually sit and talk for awhile, it was like I had not only another sister but a brother-in-law too and I had become quite fond of him over the years. I will miss his voice.

I first met Steve when I arrived in Alaska in 1981 and he generously opened his home and friendship to me, I am forever thankful. My sincerest condolences
