Not sure what to say?

Daddy, you were always my hero and now you are the neighborhood's hero as well.

My poem to the GREATEST father in the world:

If there's King Kone ice cream cones in heaven, Lord feed my dad a few, but remember he wouldn't want a cherry, especially not two! Tell him that I love and miss him- and when he turns to smile, place a kiss upon each cheek and hold him for awhile. Remembering him is easy, I'll do it everyday, but there's an ache within my heart that will never...

Steven I did not know of you until this tragedy, however, you will be in my heart and thoughts forever. I think that you were very brave for going into help someone you thought was in need, when many may have walked away. My heart goes out to everyone you left behind; I pray that you take care of each other in your time of need.

Janet and children I really did not know Steve, but I remember many talks you and I had at work about how great he was.I remember telling you how lucky you were to have him.My heart and soul go out to you and your family, because as a new widow myself words cannot express the grief you feel.
Steve was and still is a hero to all.He is I am sure watching over you.Call me if you feel like it.After losing my Cliff no one want it to call because they did not know what to say,but I do.Take care...

To the Family of Steven,

I am so very sorry for your loss. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I never knew Mr. Zernhelt but from what I have read, your lives were very blessed to have been with him and loved by him. I am praying for all of you and the peace which passeth all understanding from our Lord.

Jimmy and Family, My thoughts are with you during this difficult and tragic time. Just from reading the posts and hearing about him, your brother sounded like a wonderful man. What a hero.
With sincere sympathy,

Janet & family,

Our deepest condolances on the tragic circumstances surrounding the death of your husband/father. You remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Two ideas/thoughts on this wonderful man & his passing:we are there for his family, here&now. For those who are relatives&friends, keep Steven's wife&children close..the hardest times for them may come months, even years, after their terrible loss..grieve with them now,but include them & keep them in your lives..do not take their'return to daily living'for granted..they need you now,but they will need you MORE as time passes.Secondly,I hope that someone will propose a memorial or scholarship in...
