Not sure what to say?

Dr. Handelsman was one of my favorite physicians to call on. He was intelligent, kind, and I always learned something about nephrology and patient care when we chatted. He will be missed by many of us in the industry.

Stu was such a wonderful man... so warm and compassionate. I recall very well sitting with him at Friday night services, especially at yartzeits at B´Nai Torah. He would give you the shirt off his back... He is truly missed.

I am so extremely sad and sorry to hear of the death of this incredible man, Dr. Stuart Handelsman. He was the first cousin of my late husband, Mitch Kerper. When my husband was very ill, he would visit him in hospice or nursing home & provide support, courage, kindness & hope. A kind, caring, patient & loving man. God bless you, dear Stu, and mat your memory be a blessing forever. Heartfelt condolences to his family Ann Anello

Dr. Handelsman was a wonderful caring person and friend. We miss Him...

We just found out about Dr. Handelsman passing away. Dr, Handelsman not only treated our special needs son, Jonathan (he has CP), but also found another specialist who determined that Jonathan's kidney problems were because he had shunt nephritis which is very rare. Thanks to Dr. Handelsman Jonathan is doing well. We are very grateful that God enabled our paths to cross so that Jonathan could get the care he needed. We pray for God's presence for Ms. Robin & all the family as well as the...

I just heard of Dr. Handelsman´s death. Just before I left Atlanta for graduate school in 1985, I visited his office once or twice. Then, from 2001 until 2022, he was my nephrologist. He gave approval so that my wife and I could adopt our daughter in 2003. When my kidney transplant failed after 21 years in 2014, he saw me through training and home dialysis. He was still with me after my second transplant in 2015. After 20 plus years, I will definitely miss Dr. Handelsman. He had gifts of...

Just left his office and was finally told he had passed away. I trusted him with my health but more he was a friend. I miss him and our conversations covering any and all topics. I am saddened.

I was a patient of Dr. Handelsman. I am so sad to see this news. I appreciated his expertise and he was always so kind and thoughtful at my appointments. He let me know I was in good hands under his care. I will miss seeing him. My condolences to his family.

Dear Brad and family, I am broken hearted by this news. Stu was such a kind and funny man. I know he was a great father and friend to you. I´m holding light for you and all who are feeling the enormity of this loss. Sending all my love. Laura
