Our deepest condolences to Mary and the Stultz family. I was privileged to serve as ExOfficer to Stu while he was CO of the 32d BDE Hq Co and saw first hand his compassion and his ever present concern for the welfare of the men and women under his command. This same concern was evident and directed to the entire Wis National guard in his role as the Insurance Administrator.
