Our deepest condolences to Mary and the Stultz family. I was privileged to serve as ExOfficer to Stu while he was CO of the 32d BDE Hq Co and saw first hand his compassion and his ever present concern for the welfare of the men and women under his command. This same concern was evident and directed to the entire Wis National guard in his role as the Insurance Administrator. Not only has the Stultz family lost a husband, father and grandfather but we have lost a dear friend. May his soul rest in peace, now and forever.

Dear Mary,
I am very saddened to read of Stuart's passing. I have very found memories of both you first as a young girl visiting K Promotions and then as a young adult working with both of you. May Stu's memory be a blessing to you and your family.

I'm so happy he's at peace and no longer suffering. He accepted and fought this disease with dignity, faith, and honor. He truly was an amazing man. I want to thank the family and Stuart for letting me help with Stuarts care, they made me feel like part of the family, I know they feel like family to me. Love to you all and God Bless.

Stu administered the Oath of Enlistment to me in 1969. He became a mentor, a role model, and eventually a good friend during my service as an officer with him in the WI Army National Guard. He was a man of energy, integrity, and deep love for country and the soldiers who served her. He always had soldiers' best interests in mind. It was a pleasure, privilege, and honor to serve with him. May God enfold you all in his love and care as you grieve this good man.
