So sad family to learn of Susie's passing. Her Mom, Charlotte and I worked together at Albemarle County Social services until Charlotte's retirement. Visited Charlotte and Susie at their home in Troy. Yes they were best friends as well as Mom and Daughter. Having fun in heaven again. My sincere sympathy to all for your loss.
