Our deepest sympathy to all the Gilbert family. Your Mother was a delight and a joy. Peter and I had so many lovely visits with them and you all. We missed you so much when you left The Kingsway. Sending love and sweet memoris

Thank you all for your loving memories of our mum. We ping each other when we see them post. Judy- thank you for your childhood memories of Don and Sky- as we never met Don and Sky was I´ll when we were kids

Another memory: my mother would drink martinis with Sky. Judy

To Sue´s children: I lived two doors up from Sue, Judy Pigott , and have fond memories of Sue and Barry. A bit younger, I last saw Sue at the Frosts on Ravenscliffe in 1980. She was just terrific and so was Barry! My condolences. My dad Joe Pigott always played billiards with Don Phin!

Happy memories of one of my childhood schoolfriends at Strathallan in Hamilton Ontario. A delightful gal, lots of fun. Sanci Martin Richardson

Dear John and all the Gilbert sisters, grandchildren & friends/ we are so sorry for your great loss! Praying for peace and comfort for each of you!

Diana, i just saw the obituary in the paper for your Mum and I am so sorry. As a fellow Hamiltonian I have known Sue for ages, we had our daughters at the same time, Pirie and Stephanie. I remember wonderful times at our cottage and celebrating Barry´s and David´s birthday in Dallas. The three kids that you babysat for our now all married and each have two grown children of their own. My thoughts are with all your family.David and Mag Luxton

My deepest sympathy especially to Katie. I met your sweet Mother years ago with the Hogarths. sincerely, Susie Blair
