I met Susan more than 30 years ago when we came with my brother Laurent to thé US and stayed in North Carolina. My brother was hosted by Susan and her husband. I remember well those beautiful eyes and this gentle and shining smile. I remember to have thought my brother was lucky to share some time with this family. I met Susan in her last years at the Village. She was often in the company of my sister-in-law, Pat, and we shared many visits and chocolate chip cookies. I became very fond of her and worked hard to make her smile. I´m so sorry her life was taken by disease. Chris Mahn
