SUZANNE M. FERNANDES

To Jay, and the entire Fernandes family, we were extremely saddened to just hear of Suzanne's passing now. Cheryl and I always enjoyed spending time with you both, and all of the Fernandes family. My condolences to Jay and family, to Mom Linda and entire family. Suzanne left a legacy like no other. She was a very talented, kind , brilliant and loving nurse and friend. Her smile so radiant it lit up a room. She loved her children so much and as long time peer felt as though I knew them all. She loved those special Mom-daughter days! Always such a lady.
