Sven Fougner

Kari and others of Sven's family:
Being a fellow male resident of The Forum at Knightsbridge -- and there are not too many of us! -- as well as a quarter Norwegian by ancestry, I remember Sven very fondly. I remember his 90th birthday party when he dressed up in traditional Norwegian garb and treated all of us residents to a party. I frequently went to his apartment for conversation and drinks after dinner.
And he was a joy at Monday's Coffee & Conversations when he would bring pages...

Your father was a dear friend and neighbor of mine at the Forum. We had so much fun playing bridge together. He will be greatly missed. I extend you my condolences and sympathy.
