Amy, I was so sorry I could not attend the service today, I'm sure I would have heard more stories and examples of your Mom's full & giving life. What a blessing for you to have been able to travel these last few months with her at the end of her journey. Peace, my friend.

Although, I never met Mrs. Loomis, I do know her daughter Amelia and husband, Jim. After reading her obituary,I knew immediately what a great woman she was. How?
I had an aunt Bibby that lived a very similar life until she passed away @ 99 years in Russell Springs, KY; the home of my mother's family. Just honest to good people. Our hearts go out to you Amelia & Jim.

I'm so glad I had the chance to meet Sybill a few years ago. Her smile & humor were fantastic! Losing a parent is never easy, and my heart goes out to her family.

Our experience with Sybill and her children over the past thirty years has been wonderful and we treasure it very much. We just read her poetry book while visiting Don/Rex in palm springs. She was multi-talented and a truly committed Mother. Our hearts and thoughts are with you all. Much love, Conrad and Hank
