Sylvester Jones

Sylvester was a coworker and friend. He will have a lasting impact on all that worked with him and will be missed. My heartfelt sympathy and prayers go out to his family.

My friend, my shared birthday buddy, my classmate. You will truly be missed. It's just hard for me to except, but I know it's true. You were a great friend. When our birthday come next month I probably will still text you as I always did and you would text back happy birthday friend. I will missed your smile and quiet moving around. I still can't believe you slipped away but I know Our God doesn't make mistakes. Our last word we spoke, "I'm going to be okay Elder", and I said, "Okay Deacon Sly". I'm truly going to miss our lunch break conversations! As Deacon Gay said, "Servant of God Well Done". The New Hickory Hill family will truly miss you.

Sylvester was a very pure hearted person who always somehow found a way to lighten the mood in the room and make everybody laugh. There's not many people that can do his job at such a high level and make it look as effortless as he did. Thank you for all of the lessons learned from you and the laughter we shared. I miss you already, but you will forever remain in my memories.
