To Ray and Family: It is with sadness that I read of Sylvia's passing. She was a mentor to me at the Village of Rossford and then the City of Rossford. I was the Treasure of Rossford at that time and she was the one that trained me and helped me through the politics and learning the different personalities of all involved. Aunt Sylvia was always smiling and joking. It was always great to see her at the annual Sandmeyer Reunion in St. James, MN. We always looked forward to seeing her there.
