This beautiful woman is my Grandmother. Affectionately called "Grandma R" by her grandchildren and "Syl" by my Grandfather. She loved her family deeply and always had a listening ear and calming word. I remember many times when I was a teenager where she put up with my antics with love and support. She was incredibly talented when it came to knitting and crocheting. I think everyone in the New London congregation at that time had a hat, scarf, gloves or blanket made by her hands. I miss...
