Sylvia Robertson Obituary
Sylvia was preceded in death by the love of her life, Robert, her husband of 67 years. She is survived by her brother Denys Merriman (Janice) of Calimesa, Calif. She is also survived by two children, Susan Krenicki of Waterford, and Stephen Robertson (Jan) of Winsted; five grandchildren: Laura, Wendy, Vanessa, David and Robert; three great-grandchildren, Jessalyn, Austin and Chelsea; as well as cousins, nephews and nieces.
Her legacy of faith and love will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

I´ve known Sylvia since the 50´s! She helped me during a time when one of my children had a health problem! I will never forget! I called her a while back and she was in the midst of reading the Bible from cover to cover!

I miss her. When I would go visit her, she would always encourage me, and I went there to encourage her. Hugs to the family. Love you guys

This beautiful woman is my Grandmother. Affectionately called "Grandma R" by her grandchildren and "Syl" by my Grandfather. She loved her family deeply and always had a listening ear and calming word. I remember many times when I was a teenager where she put up with my antics with love and support. She was incredibly talented when it came to knitting and crocheting. I think everyone in the New London congregation at that time had a hat, scarf, gloves or blanket made by her hands. I miss her terribly and am grateful to have had her amazing presence in my life for this long. I cannot wait to see her again, alongside my Grandfather, young and healthy in the resurrection. I will love her forever, as she deserves.
