Sylvio Joseph Simard Sylvio Joseph Simard, age 77, passed away at his Lompoc home July 25th. He was an area resident since 1969 and was a native of Van Buren, Maine. He served in the US Air Force for 21 years. Sylvio was a very kind and giving person and really enjoyed the simple things in life....
