Not sure what to say?

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

I wasn't sure how Tanya was doing until tonight when my mother, Juanita Butterfield (Tanya's cousin), let me know that Tanya had passed away. I had put Tanya on a pending friend request on Facebook. I'll leave it there for a while. Because of Tanya, I know what the ancestors on my mother's side of my family looked like. I had a wonderful time at a reunion she organized about three years ago. Tanya was very happy to share her information with others and will always be grateful for that. ...

I loved my Aunt Tanya so much to me shes a hero for fighting her battle. She'll be missed so much. Love you Aunt Tanya.

Sorry to hear about Tanya. Because she was the youngest, I probably knew her least of all. I can’t really remember how often I’ve seen her since we all moved out of our old neighborhood, but the meetings have been few. What I can remember best is a picture of a very young bare footed girl running through your living room playing and laughing as only carefree children can do. Man how many years has it been? She comes from a wonderful family, and I’m sure you will never get over her loss. I...

Just wanted to say how much I loved Tanya and her sense of humor and her beautiful laugh. She will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.

I am so sorry to hear about Tanya. I have not seen her in many years, but have very fond memories of her. We spent a lot of time together before the family moved to Roosevelt. Even after the move we spent some very fun weekends together. I will always have those great memories. She was a lot of fun, and we had a lot of laughs together. My love and prays are with all of you.

We are so sad, Tanya worked with Mavis at DHI and was in our BYU 43rd ward. She was a true friend to all and will be missed. God bless her family.

I am so sorry to hear of Tanya's passing. We went to school together in Roosevelt for several years. Her sense of humor was so fun, and she had such caring for everyone. She was truly a good person. Goodbye, old friend.

Aunt Tanya had a smile that was infectious, I couldn't help but to smile when I was around her. She always greeted me and my family with excitement (which made me feel great). Her love for life was intense and an example to me. I'm grateful to have loved her and will greatly miss her. May God be with you in your next grand adventure, til we meet again!!!
