Not sure what to say?

Ted Manson brought so much optimism and light to this world. I continue to think what a wonderful person he was and feel grateful to have known him. The memories continue though the man is gone.

It is so hard to believe it has been 11 years since Ted's passing. Every time I see one of his movies I brings a smile to my face and the thoughts of how lucky I was to work closely with this wonderful man. He will live forever in my heart.

I met Ted through our mutual friend David Head many years ago. Ted came to my school and did his one man show of Clarence Darrow for the students who were studying the play Inherit the Wind based on the Scopes Monkey Trial. Ted did a fabulous show for the students just as a favor to me, a friend. Ted was always like that - doing nice things for people. He is an inspiration to me and others because he always remained young, vital, and passionate about life and living. Thanks, Ted. I will...

Dear Valerie and Ted's family,
your father is one of the most amazing and lovely
persons I ever got to know. His heart was full of love, for the children in Mexico, for everbody,
he liked so much the contact with the kids, I learnt very much from him.
What a life he had! I'll never forget his big heart, his smiling eyes.
I miss him so.
Good bye, Ted

Ted, always remember to "shovel rake GT!" and then to sit exactly where you are suppse to. I will have fond memories of you.

I never had the privilege of working with Ted when I was acting, but always admired his work. I know the Atlanta theatre community will miss him greatly. My condolences to the family.

Philip, Stephanie, Valerie and Carol,
Ted was one of the smartest and most interesting people I ever met. He knew something about every subject ever mentioned and could discuss it in great detail. We first met Ted in Springfiled, VA in the 1960's, when he represented the Klingbeil Companies. He was a great negotiator, the best of the best.We have remained friends for over 40 years and will miss him very much. I cannot express in words what Ted meant to me and my family, but it was all...

Ted was always gracious and sparkling, and we will miss him. On the FAI trips to Mexico he told us of his great love for his grandchildren -- his favorite role in life may have been as "GT." My 14-year-old son Charlie and I thought that being with him was a highlight of the trips. Only last February we were so entertained with his encyclopedic knowledge of dramatic lines and songs, along with his thoughtfulness about people.
We will miss you much, Ted Manson!

What an exciting life Ted had! I met him while traveling on the FAI sponsorship trips where his laughter and compassion were always abundant. He never complained, even when the roads were rough or the train ride long, and told me his life story which I will always remember as inspirational.
