Not sure what to say?

Dear Alan, Ellen and Family. Our deepest sympathies and prayers go to your family.

It has been a blessing knowing Mr. Epps for almost thirty years. He was always good for a smile, a joke and a hug. He was everythign to his family. I am sure he is dancing and sharing a little fire water with his family in heaven.

Dear Miriam, Alan, Donna and Family,

We are so very sad to hear about Ted's passing. My daily walks in the neighborhood will never be quite as interesting now that I won't have Ted to talk with as I passed by the house!

Dear Alan, Ellen, Greg and family,
Our deepest sympathies to your family. My children loved their time spent in the "secret garden" at the corner. Toby loved the treats. Mr. Epps will be sorely missed in the neighborhood.

I love you Uncle Teddy. You'll be missed.

Your great-grandson- michael

Our family sends its deepest sympathy to Miriam and family. We were always so grateful for the loving care with which Ted tended the "Climbing Tree" which our children have enjoyed for years

Dear Alan, Ellen and the boys,
My heart aches for your loss. A loving Dad, Grandfather, business partner and friend; impossible to image a day with out him, impossible to imagine him gone. Your family is strong, your friends are never far. We will all lift you up as God has lifted Ted into his kingdom. He rests easily in good company now. Take comfort and may God bless you.

Dear Donna and Family - we are deeply sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Valerie Graf and Family

The Epps Family,
I will miss the talks Mr. Epps and I had in our front yards during the summer time while we were both tending to house work. He always talked of his family, reunions and T-Shirts or family trips like to Disney World. He always had a treat for Max. On many occasions, we would look out our front window wondering why Max was barking and see Mr. Epps in our front yard playing with him. He always made sure our family was doing ok. Steeplechase and School House will be a...
