Oct. 16, 1963 - Jan. 18, 2016 OKLAHOMA CITY Terri Lynne Smith was born in Amarillo, Texas on October 16, 1963. She married a Kansas boy, Kim David Smith and they settled in Oklahoma City to raise their boys. She worked for Conway Freight in Oklahoma City as a customer service representative. She loved playing candy crush, keeping up with friends on Facebook, adding to her collection of Barbie dolls and making cross stitching projects. However there was nothing she loved more than spending time with her family, especially her grandsons. She will be truly missed by her loving family and many adoring friends. Please visit www. Terri and I are cousins and we both had Neurofibromatosis and scoliosis and both went threw back surgery she was 5 years older than me when I was having surgery on my leg over and over when she had back surgery so years later when I had to have my back surgery I thought of the strength my cousin had and knew I had the same strength
We had lost contact over the years but I thought of her often love and miss you cousin I will always remember the summers spent in Arkansas at grandma and grandpas give them my love give uncle jimmy uncle don My dad Abe Billy and all the others who has gone on Before love and hugs sweet cousin
