My Prayers and thoughts go out to Mrs.Cebanka and Family. So sorry for your loss!!! I heard teddy retired in July and was Happy for him, knowing I was right behind him in 357 days . Teddy and I shared a lot of good times together when we were apprentices together with Local 80. Time passed as we each got married and raised our families. We worked together a couple years ago on a job in Dover. I worked for Teddy and we carpooled to the job. It was great to hang out again. The ride to and from work brought forth many old and new stories. On cold or snowy days we would leave work and go to breakfast. When I heard he retired I was so happy for him.
