Not sure what to say?

Remembering you today. I never imagined that you and Jim would leave this earth so young. I hope you are together and telling tales and sharing memories. Ted, Patti, miss you both, bye.

In 1995, Ted built our wonderful custom home, in which we still live. He was attentive to our every need and was a pleasure to work with. When he was trying to get us a lot in Marwood, which was in litigation, we went with him to court. He appreciated our support as much as we appreciated his. As others have stated, he had a fine tuned eye for detail and produced a beautiful and outstanding home. We remain grateful for what he did for us. We were shocked to just learn about his...

It is with sadness for me to find out about the passing of Ted. I will truly miss him... he was a friend and truly a good soul. Ted was so kind to all and had great integrity...his clients loved him. As a Interior Designer that worked with him, I appreciated his work and his work ethics. I am so sad that he is gone...

I've known Teddy since first grade, as we both attended St Jerome's school in Hyattsville and went on to public school. I always looked forward to seeing him at reunions, along with other St J alums, and last saw him at our high school reunion in 2013. I will miss seeing him terribly at our reunions and am so sorry for the family's loss.

I also worked for Ted when it was Mitchell, Best & Visnic. He was the best kind of builder - exceptionally talented at reading a set of plans and seeing the possibilities, like wrapping 'important crown,' creating a gallery from a hall, attracting exceedingly talented architects, framing subs, ... But beyond that, Ted had integrity. People respected him for that, as did I. And Ted was always kind - always. I'm very sorry for the loss you've suffered. We'll all miss Ted.

My deepest condolences to all who knew and loved Ted. He was always warm and kind to me. A good and talented man gone too soon.

You are now on your greatest adventure! Save trip Ted! We Love and miss you! Jon

Dear Visnic Family,
I worked for Ted many years ago, he was a great Boss and will be missed by many.
Jim S./Mt.Airy, MD.
A fond member of Ted, a Christmas gathering at his home of his employees and their guest;
I remember his house tour of all his Deer Heads. It was like all of Santa's Reminder on Ted's walls.
