I will always remember the day I went into the store when Theresa was working on her birthday and I went up to the service desk to have the girl announce to entire store that today is Mrs. Lee's Birthday. boy did entire store cheer. when I looked at her I think I was laughing quite a bit more than my good friend Theresa.
