Thank you Tom for developing a community that allowed the property owners to build their own homes. This enabled me the opportunity to fulfill my dream of general contracting my own home. After living in Cypress Creek Estates for 12 years I have nothing but pleasant memories of both Tom Bennett and Cypress Creek Estates.
