Tom was a very generous man he cared alot for people, he had alot of great stories to tell and he had a great sense of humor. He will truly be missed. He was truly blessed. I'm grateful for the time I got to spend with him. I'm sorry that I was not aware of his passing, I would like to extend my regrets to the family.

Thank you Tom for developing a community that allowed the property owners to build their own homes. This enabled me the opportunity to fulfill my dream of general contracting my own home. After living in Cypress Creek Estates for 12 years I have nothing but pleasant memories of both Tom Bennett and Cypress Creek Estates.
May God Bless You.
Sandra Pecoraro-Rodriguez, former home owner in Cypress Creek Estates.
