May God be with the Betts family during this time.

(Me, Tommy, Sarah Stoutenger) play room at my parents house

My dad (David Stoutenger) just notified me of this website and of the news that Tommy had passed. I am so sorry for the entire family's loss! I wish I had known much sooner. I tried keeping in contact with Tommy over the years, he was a good friend. He will truly be missed
-Rachel Cooper (Stoutenger)

He was a little guy the last time I saw him. I know it has to be hard to lose a child but to know hes with our father is a big relief. Tommy we know you are smiling down and awaiting the day when you can see all of your loved ones again. Tasha Locklear

Wow never knew missing someone is so hard. You were the best brother any one could ask for. You put me in my place when I needed it and told when everything is ok. Your still the person I strive to be and no matter how long your gone or how far away your are we still connected. Man I miss you so much bro you have no clue. One day we will meet and we can talk about all the time you missed. LOVE YOU BRO.

Miss him and his beautiful smile!! Love you Betts family!!

Love you all! Tommy was such a handsome young man!

Wish I had known Tommy, the man; but Tommy, the boy was a generous beautiful soul; a friend to my son and a joy to be around. Know that he is part of the great cloud of witnesses and the Lord does let him have glimpses into your lives. He knows what is going on in the family and I am sure he is helping shape your future homes in heaven. We love you all and remember you on this day.

Tommy was a very talented young man...... He was a huge part of our praise band..... I will always remember this particular song he played on his saxaphone "Say The Name" there was no doubt he was annointed everytime he played it......... so now everytime we do that song in church I can still hear him playing softly behind us..... it's people like Tommy you just never forget...... Artie, Janet, Tori and Timmy, you are amazing people........ I love you all and pray that God will continue...
