My daughter Emily and I met Tom at the Marysville YMCA quite a few years ago. He was such a wonderful person, warm and friendly. He was the first person I thought of when our bathroom needed to be updated for my husband's health. He was so thoughtful and worked so hard to make it easy for my husband.
