Thomas CUNNINGHAM Obituary
A lifelong resident of Spokane Valley, Tom was the youngest of three children and a graduate of Central Valley High School. He later earned an accounting degree from Spokane Falls and Spokane Community College.
Tom was known for his strong work ethic and friendly spirit, often holding multiple jobs while specializing in aircraft part fabrication and fiberglass repair. A passionate local historian, he co-founded the Facebook Page "Spokane Valley Memories." He especially loved the fourth of July, where he proudly drove the family's 1921 American LaFrance fire truck in parades.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Lois Cunningham; his son, Craig; and niece, Maggie Dauterman.
He is survived by his sisters, Jacki Mayer (Dan) and Laura Triber (Greg); children, Damian Cunningham, Cara Howey (Brad), John Naccarato and Amber Bridges (Matt); nephews, Marc Dauterman (Char) and Ben Mayer (Natalie); and 12 grandchildren.
A Memorial Service for Tom will be held at Thornhill Valley Chapel in Spokane Valley, WA, on Saturday, November 22, 2025, beginning at 11:00am. Please visit Thornhill Valley Chapel's tribute page to leave condolences on Tom's online guestbook.

I went to junior high with Tom. Sending deepest sympathies to his family for their loss of a wonderful, funny and kind man. He'll be missed by so many!!!
