Tommy was a spirited person. He had a special gift about him that made everyone feel welcomed and loved. We were truely lucky to be apart of his circle her on earth. The DePersis Family,I am so sorry to hear of Tom,s passing.I met Tom back in the 80,s when he worked for the Town of Dickinson with my father.We later became better friends as we got to know each other.I will remember Tom for the good man he was and how he enjoyed his family, friends and life.May He Rest In Peace.

Dorothy and Theresa, I have known your family for 33 years. Tom was unique!! He tried to act tough but had this gentle side that few people saw. Family and friendship were important to him. Once you were his friend, you were always his friend. Through out the years, I could call him at any time and he would be there;something I always cherished.
