Thomas Lee Dunlavey

Tom was a big help to me -- twice. I was holding a public hearing in 1974 at a Milwaukee south side library when neighbors began screaming at me. I was accused of being a newcomer from Washington DC trying to change a neighborhood in a city of which I had no knowledge. I lost my temper and yelled back that I had lived in the Milwaukee area since 1951, having been away for just four years to work for a congressman. Fondly remembered and sadly missed. My memories of Marquette WERE memories of Tom ("Toad").

Went to High School with Tom and have great memories of this great man! Sorry we never got together after school, but did have some phone conversations. Prayers for the family.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in your time of sorrow but I know that Tom is in a better place.
