Many years ago, Tom (I called him Tommy) and I enjoyed getting into a handball court together and chasing a little blue ball around. Tommy Garlock was a fine athlete, but more importantly he was a gentleman and good sport. My memories of him are enduring and I will miss his infectious smile.

Tom was indeed a wonderful person. I worked with Tom for many years, he was always cheerful, gracious, easy to work with and fun to joke with. My condolences to his wife and family. The world has indeed lost a beautiful light.

It is sad to see his obit. I liked Tom. He was a good guy and treated the kids he worked with well. A true professional.

Tom and I shared a position at McLaughlin and got our Masters together. He was such a positive person and had a lovely smile and laugh. Really a great guy and a huge loss. Rest in peace, Tom.

I shared cases with Tom decades ago when he worked for the State of Alaska and then had the honor of connecting with him again where he served on the Board of Directors for AK Child & Family. He was always a kind, gracious and generous person. The last time I spoke with him he shared stories about his beloved family, with a big smile and his face beaming with love and pride. The world was a better place because of him. He will be missed by many. My sincere condolences to his family and...
