Not sure what to say?

I also was greatly saddened to hear of Tom's death. I was just one of the many figure skating fans he conversed with online and through mail over the years. His love for the sport was obvious. Unfortunately, we lost touch at some point and I was just recently wondering how he was. He brought great joy to the many people he corresponded with. I am very sorry for your loss and will keep you in my prayers.

To Betty Gilkison and Family,

My was I stunned when hearing this from my good friend, Rebecca B. I am very sorry for your loss. Tom was such a wonderful person, friend to me and my husband. I am deeply saddened to hear of his death. Our sympathies to you and your family. I remember meeting him online, chatting online, mailing pictures and stories of his and ur travels. What a terrific man he was!!! :)

Tom, was a very good friend. I met him through one of my other good friends. We talked online and exchanged letters in the mail for a long time. I'm very sad by his loss. He will be greatly missed by a lot of friends. Tom sure did go through a lot during his life. I'm very proud of him for holding on for as long as he did. He was defintley an amazing man.

Mort's gentle humor and apparent innocence were not because he was naive. Mort was rather, a deliberate and disciplined gentleman, who made everyone around...
