I met Tom and his family when my dear friend and his mother-in-law, Trish invited me to share Thanksgiving with them. They all made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I was so moved by Tom's good nature and sense of humor in spite of his recent diagnosis, and so sad to hear of his recent passing. I was very fortunate to have known Tom. We worked together for a few years and anyone who knew him knew how special he was. Tom was one of a kind and will be greatly missed.
