Not sure what to say?

Reading the life story of Mr Horner made me reflect on the words recorded at Ecclesiastes 7:8 "Better is the end of a matter than its beginning."
May remembering his life bring a smile to your hearts.
May the promises recorded in the scriptures give you hope.

"A life equal to yours, Tom"!? I'd settle for a fraction with a sense of accomplishment! Thank you for the Sunday flying lessons, chats and looking at the Hudson Valley from the best perspective one can have...and the dip of the wing over the farm to let Aunt Barbara know we were headed home. Thank you for the "Wednesday Italian Nights" in your home full of great conversation, laughs and amazing food with my cousins and wonderful Aunt! Memories never to be forgotten! Thank you, Craig

So sad to hear. I was Tom's 23 year old secretary at IBM Poughkeepsie for several years in the sixties and because of working for him I have been married for 49 years to Dan McCue, a man I was fortunate to meet as he exited from "Mr. Horner's"office. I was honored to have worked with Tom Horner and thought he was the very best in every sense. Since I've lived in MA for many years, there has never been a time passing the Pleasant Valley exit on the Taconic Pkwy that I haven't wondered...

Tom, you were one of the finest men I have ever known. Thanks for the pool lessons, and inspiration regarding life. It's been an honor to have known you and more importantly, to call you a friend.

I used to "work out" with Tom at Valley Fitness. We saw each other almost everyday. He was such a role model - always with his white towel around his neck, lifting weights and staying in shape. He spoke fondly of his family. I would cycle past his home and always think of him, even met his wife one day at the mail box. Rest in peace, Tom.
